Florida man:

redefines the word "They"

Ethan Schneider a Florida resident and law enforcement officer  has created a new interpretation redefining the word "They" in the english language.

Mr. Schneider states that the word "

They" as currently used in the common conversation tends to refer and defer responsibility to an ominous entity or group of people, thus implying that someone else will figure things out and solve all the problems and challenges one faces in life.

Mr. Schneider found himself often asking the question who are they?, where are they?, where do they come from? Mr. Schneider realized that children are brought up with this same concept that "they" are some other people some where else that create things, and solve problems.  Mr. Schneider realized that there is another way to look at the word "They" and its' implied meaning.  He decided to look at the word a different way. He defined the word "They" in what he believes is a healthier and empowering concept for every person, child or adult.That idea is the simple concept that  "They are you"

Mr. Schneider has created an entity called "They University TRU " who's sole mission is to help people realize their full potential by helping them to understand the fundamental concept that "They are you" .

There are no Sat's or applications required to be accepted or be a part of  "They University", only the desire to grow and learn more about being a responsible, independent thinking, empowered human being starting with embracing the premise that "They are you" and you have the power to learn and become anything you want to.

Mr. Schneider hopes to start a movement much like the old Nike campaign "Just

Do It".

Mr. Schneider intends to raise awareness, empower positive growth, thinking, and responsibility by redefining the the use of the word "they" by promoting the slogan and idea that "They are you"  through the virtual entity he calls They University TRU

Mr. Schneider suggests that instead of a teacher saying "that some day "they" will find cures for fatal diseases" The teacher can instead say "you can research and then we together can help find cures for fatal diseases”. The point being that children can be taught to rely more on themselves to learn, find solutions , and ultimately be successful at what ever they want in life.
